Terms of Use
1. The game
FootGolf Rivals is a browser-based game. Core play does not require a purchase. Features, seasons, courses, balance, rewards and online services may be updated to keep the game secure, fair and playable.
2. Accounts and recovery
Players are responsible for keeping recovery information private and for activity carried out through their account. We may suspend or restrict access where reasonably necessary to protect an account, other players or the service.
3. Fair play
Do not exploit bugs, manipulate game or network traffic, automate play, impersonate another player, interfere with the service, harass other players or use cheats that create an unfair competitive advantage. Illegitimate results or rewards may be corrected.
4. Virtual items
Coins, stars, passes, cosmetics, status items and similar game content are limited licences to use features inside FootGolf Rivals. They are not cash balances and cannot be redeemed for money except where the law requires otherwise. Paid products do not secretly increase shot power, physics or competitive advantage.
5. Purchases and Paddle
Digital purchases are processed by Paddle.com as our online reseller and Merchant of Record. Paddle handles payment processing, transaction-related buyer support and returns under its applicable buyer terms and refund policy. Wonky Drake Ltd does not receive or store your full payment-card details.
The checkout shows the product, price and applicable taxes before payment. The game grants paid access only after a verified server-side payment event. A browser button cannot grant itself a paid entitlement.
6. Digital content
Some purchases unlock digital content immediately after payment. Where applicable law requires a request for immediate supply or acknowledgement about withdrawal rights, the checkout process is responsible for presenting the relevant terms before completion.
7. Availability
We aim to provide a reliable service but cannot promise uninterrupted access. Maintenance, security incidents, third-party outages and changes to browsers or devices can affect availability.
8. Intellectual property
FootGolf Rivals and its original code, art, characters, branding and game content are owned by or licensed to Wonky Drake Ltd. These terms do not transfer ownership to players.
9. Liability and consumer rights
Nothing in these terms excludes rights or liabilities that cannot lawfully be excluded. Mandatory consumer rights continue to apply. Subject to those rights, the game is provided for entertainment and we are not responsible for losses that were not reasonably foreseeable when the agreement was made.
10. Changes and ending access
We may update these terms for legal, security or material service changes. Material changes will be communicated appropriately. Players may stop using the service at any time and can use the in-game Privacy & Data controls for supported account export and deletion actions.
11. Support
For game/account support, use the HELP route inside FootGolf Rivals. For payment, receipt, billing or refund support relating to a Paddle transaction, use Paddle's buyer-support route shown on the receipt or checkout documentation.
